At Lunar Peak, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make the return or refund process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy below to understand your options.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) once opened.
- Gift cards and sale items (unless defective).
Return Process:

- Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items not returned in their original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts not due to our error).
- Returns requested outside of the 30-day window.
Exchanges

Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Email the photos along with your order number to lunarpeakllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account and credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds may take time to post.
